At Affinity we understand the importance of including the people we support in all the important decisions we make as a business, and recruitment is no different.
Recently we have been holding interviews for new support workers, and Stuart, one of the gentlemen we support, took part in the process.
Stuart had a number of questions to ask which were important to him, and it was a great way for us to observe the way candidates interact with people receiving our services. It also gives us the opportunity to get feedback from them in regards to their views of candidates and if they believe them to be suitable.
Stuart did a great job on the day and was very polite, professional and observant. He was an ideal person to take such responsibility and thoroughly enjoyed the afternoon
